3D Text and Logo Animation Templates
These are made of geometry rather than of a picture of geometry. Extruded letters and real solids, with a material, a light rig and a camera — all of it editable, none of it baked.
That distinction is the whole reason this shelf exists. A stock clip of a gold logo turning is a rendering of somebody else's gold logo: the metal, the lighting and the word were decided by whoever made the file, and changing any of them means asking them. Here the scene is the template. Switch the material from gold to chrome, move the key light, change the word, deepen the extrusion — they are properties on a layer, the way position and colour are on a flat one.
Eighteen materials, from brushed metals through glass and frosted glass to marble and ceramic, and eight lighting environments that decide as much about how a surface reads as the material does. The same word in gold under warm light and in black marble under hard contrast are two different graphics, and getting from one to the other is two changes.
They sway rather than spin all the way round. An extruded word turned through a full circle shows its own back, mirrored, which reads as a mistake rather than as motion — seventeen degrees each way gives the same sense of depth and keeps the thing legible the whole time. The exception is a shape with no front or back, and even there the turn is chosen rather than assumed.
Every template here is free to open, free to change and free to watch back, with no account needed to browse. Exporting the finished file costs $5 once for that project, or a plan covers every export.

Using 3d graphics
- Can I use my own logo in 3D?
- Yes. A PNG is placed on a real badge, an SVG is extruded from its own outlines, and a GLB or glTF comes in as the model it already is. Elements → 3D logo & forms → import. An SVG gives the best result because it has real edges to extrude from.
- Will 3D make my export slow?
- Slower than a flat graphic, yes — it is a rendered scene rather than shapes on a canvas. Rendering on your own computer is several times faster than the shared cloud renderer for these, and it is free.
- Does 3D export with transparency?
- Yes, the same as everything else here: ProRes 4444 or a PNG sequence keeps the alpha, so an extruded word sits over your footage rather than on a black card. The bloom around a bright metal survives it too.
- Do I need After Effects for the 3D ones?
- No. The geometry, the material and the lighting are all edited in the browser, and what comes out is an ordinary transparent WebM or MOV. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and CapCut read it as a clip — none of them needs to know it was rendered in 3D.

- Make it yoursChange the words, the colours and the timing without breaking the animation that was built for the shape.
- Export it with transparencyWhich format your editor actually reads, and why a black rectangle behind your graphic means the wrong one was chosen.
- Change the metal and the lightMaterial, environment, depth, bevel and the three lights are all properties — which is what makes it your object rather than a video of somebody else's.
- What exporting costsOpening this template, changing it and watching it back are free. Getting the finished file out is $5 once for this project, or a plan if you make them often.
