Thumbs Up Burst

How this one is built

Thumbs Up Burst is built from 14 sparkles, 11 shapes, 2 text layers and 1 button, using a 30-pixel backdrop blur behind frosted glass rimmed in white, a magenta-to-red gradient and a shadow 70 pixels deep. Its colours are near-black, white, magenta, red and amber. Type is set in Inter.

The card scales up at 0.1s, the prompt rises into place at 0.3s, the like scales up at 0.6s, the hint rises into place at 1s, and 4 further beats follow before the end. The whole run is 6s at 60 frames a second.

It sits through the middle of the frame of a 16:9 composition, spanning about 40% of the width at 760×360 pixels.

What to do with it

• Make it yoursChange the words, the colours and the timing without breaking the animation that was built for the shape.
• Export it with transparencyWhich format your editor actually reads, and why a black rectangle behind your graphic means the wrong one was chosen.
• Put it in the videoA like prompt works the same way a subscribe prompt does: after the payoff, not before it.
• What exporting costsOpening this template, changing it and watching it back are free. Getting the finished file out is $5 once for this project, or a plan if you make them often.
