Reel Comment Reply

How this one is built

Reel Comment Reply is built from 3 text layers, 1 shape and 1 image, using a shadow 60 pixels deep. Its colours are white, near-black and grey. Type is set in Inter.

The replying to rises into place at 0.2s, the card scales up at 0.4s, the avatar scales up at 0.6s, the handle and comment rise into place at 0.7s. The whole run is 6s at 60 frames a second.

It sits along the top of a vertical composition, spanning about 73% of the width at 790×282 pixels.

What to do with it

• Make it yoursChange the words, the colours and the timing without breaking the animation that was built for the shape.
• Export it with transparencyWhich format your editor actually reads, and why a black rectangle behind your graphic means the wrong one was chosen.
• Place it where it readsA handle is only useful if it stays legible on a phone, which is where most of it is watched.
• What exporting costsOpening this template, changing it and watching it back are free. Getting the finished file out is $5 once for this project, or a plan if you make them often.
