YouTube CTA Classic

How this one is built

YouTube CTA Classic is built from 3 buttons, 1 shape and 1 pointer, using a 24-pixel backdrop blur behind frosted glass rimmed in white, a magenta-to-red gradient and a shadow 56 pixels deep. Its colours are white, near-black, magenta and red.

The cursor rises into place at 0.8s, the subscribe scales up at 2.6s, the bell turns in at 4.1s. The whole run is 6s at 60 frames a second.

It sits through the middle of the frame of a 16:9 composition, spanning about 51% of the width at 650×120 pixels.

What to do with it

• Make it yoursChange the words, the colours and the timing without breaking the animation that was built for the shape.
• Export it with transparencyWhich format your editor actually reads, and why a black rectangle behind your graphic means the wrong one was chosen.
• Put it in the videoThree asks in one graphic need one moment, and that moment is after you have delivered something.
• YouTube CTA Animation MakerBuild the whole ask from nothing: which of subscribe, like and bell it carries, and in what order.
• What exporting costsOpening this template, changing it and watching it back are free. Getting the finished file out is $5 once for this project, or a plan if you make them often.
