Subscribe Countdown

How this one is built

Subscribe Countdown is built from 11 sparkles, 3 text layers, 3 press rings and 1 shape, using a red gradient and a shadow 40 pixels deep. Its colours are white, near-black, red and pale amber. Type is set in Inter.

The lead rises into place at 0.3s, the countdown scales up at 0.3s, the subscribe, subscribe label and shockwave 1 scale up at 2.4s, the sparkle 8, sparkle 3 and sparkle 1 rise into place at 2.5s, and 4 further beats follow before the end. The whole run is 7s at 60 frames a second.

It sits through the middle of the frame of a 16:9 composition, spanning about 33% of the width at 632×352 pixels.

What to do with it

• Make it yoursChange the words, the colours and the timing without breaking the animation that was built for the shape.
• Export it with transparencyWhich format your editor actually reads, and why a black rectangle behind your graphic means the wrong one was chosen.
• Put it in the videoWhen in a video a subscribe prompt earns the click, and where on the frame it can sit without being covered.
• YouTube Subscribe Animation MakerStart from an empty canvas instead, and decide the press, the colours and the timing yourself.
• What exporting costsOpening this template, changing it and watching it back are free. Getting the finished file out is $5 once for this project, or a plan if you make them often.
