Bell Reminder

How this one is built

Bell Reminder is built from 7 sparkles, 2 text layers, 1 shape and 1 image, using a 26-pixel backdrop blur behind frosted glass rimmed in white, a magenta-to-red gradient and a shadow 60 pixels deep. Its colours are near-black, white, magenta, red and pale amber. Type is set in Inter.

The card scales up at 0.1s, the avatar scales up at 0.2s, the headline rises into place at 0.3s, the action scales up at 0.6s, and 4 further beats follow before the end. The whole run is 6s at 60 frames a second.

It sits through the middle of the frame of a 16:9 composition, spanning about 55% of the width at 700×376 pixels.

What to do with it

• Make it yoursChange the words, the colours and the timing without breaking the animation that was built for the shape.
• Export it with transparencyWhich format your editor actually reads, and why a black rectangle behind your graphic means the wrong one was chosen.
• Put it in the videoThe bell asks for something a viewer only gives after subscribing, so it belongs later than you think.
• What exporting costsOpening this template, changing it and watching it back are free. Getting the finished file out is $5 once for this project, or a plan if you make them often.
